About this booklet
A visual record of the work, opening on the line that frames all of it: Jews around the globe have no access to a mikvah — we meet the need. The book is dedicated to the memory of Harav Moshe Aryeh Freund zt”l, Gaavad of Yerushalayim.
Its first half walks through the completed mikvaos one city at a time — among them Beit Shemesh, Cherkasy, Vinnitsa, Poltava, Mariupol, Sumy, Dresden, Hamburg, Krasnoyarsk, Omsk, Zagreb, Grodno, Gomel, Larnaca, Astrakhan, Vitebsk, Birobidzhan and Montmagny — each with a photograph of the finished building and a running count of the tevillos it has served. Taken together, the book puts that figure past a million.
The second half turns to the projects still under construction.
